I am a neurologist at Texas Children's Hospital and an associate professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine.

I am certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with special qualification in clinical neurophysiology, and I am medical director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at Texas Children's Hospital. I've authored multiple publications and book chapters about epilepsy, the medical and surgical treatments of epilepsy, the ketogenic diet and the vagus nerve stimulator.
